As part of our 10-year strategic plan, WashU aims to attract and develop top talent by embracing diverse lived experiences and nurturing the aspirations of every member of the university community. It is imperative that WashU make an institutional commitment to ensuring equity in experience and outcomes for all. As part of Here and Next, we are putting an increased emphasis on leadership and relationship development across the university, while understanding the needs of both faculty and students from traditionally marginalized identities continues to evolve. The programs outlined below are in service of making WashU the ideal place for faculty to pursue their goals.
